Relocation America International is a relocation services company that manages all aspects of the employee relocation process for their clients. They manage all of the logistics of the process, from preparing the employee, or transferee, for the relocation, to helping them with the move, to assisting them with the transition to their new location. Relocation America International approached us to build an application for their clients’ transferees that would allow them to augment the personalized, high-touch service they provide. We invested time with them up front to understand the company, what their brand represents, and the goals and outcomes that they wanted to achieve with the app. By understanding the company’s core values and brand promise, we were able to build an application that allowed them to improve the service they offer while maintaining their core values.

Features

The primary feature of the Relocation America International application is to provide the transferee with quick and easy access to everything they need to complete their move. The home page has links to all of the key items that a transferee would need during their move. They can use the app to capture expenses and submit expense reports for approval and reimbursement while on the go. The app also includes access to their relocation documents and their relocation timeline showing up to date status of key events during their move. The most important feature of the app, perhaps, is the ability of the transferee to easily contact their Global Mobility Consultant (GMC).
Being able to quickly and easily contact the GMC is the key feature and centerpiece of the app. Personalized service is a differentiating feature and a important part of the value proposition that Relocation America International offers their clients. Our goal was to have the app complement and extend the service that the GMC provides to their transferees, not to replace the GMC or provide a buffer between the GMC and the transferee. Therefore, we included numerous methods within the app by which the transferee can contact the GMC with questions during their move. We also added a personal touch by including the GMC photo and their bio. Along with Relocation America International, we recognized that the relocation process can be a confusing and stressful time for the transferee. We wanted the app to assist with the creation of a personal connection between the GMC and the transferee in order to facilitate a smoother relocation process.

The Result

Relocation America International wanted a way to better connect to their clients and have them more involved in the relocation process. Through working with them on the application development, we have been able to incorporate that concept into it. With quick access to all of their relocation information and easy communication with their GMC through the app, transferees are more aware and involved in their relocation process than ever before. Overall, the application reinforces the high quality service and personal touch that Relocation America International strives to provide to their clients and their transferees.

The Surterre Properties website is great for their clients and supports their agents as well. With features like agent profiles and lifestyle searches, the tools needed are easily accessible. We have taken the essence of who Surterre Properties is and turned it into a perfect website that fits their needs. The website allows Surterre Properties to show off their agents and their properties to clients through a very engaging platform. Clients are able to fully understand what Surterre Properties stands for, that they are a family of professionals who are all invested in their clients success. With the ease of use and multiple features we have been able to incorporate that mission into their website.

Area / Lifestyles

One of the key features of the Surterre Properties website is the area and lifestyle search options. Their clients can explore different well known areas such as Dana Point and Laguna Hills. Each search area will show clients all properties listed for sale in that specific area. This allows their clients to narrow down search results for a specific area, or to explore other areas they might have not considered before. There are also search options that will narrow down results depending on the type of lifestyle clients are interested in. For example if a client is interested in beach living, or equestrian estates. These search tools not only make it easier for Surterre Properties clients to narrow down their search and find exactly what they are looking for, but allows them to explore multiple options.

Agent Profiles

On the Surterre Properties website there is as list of all of their agents, and each agent has their own profile as well. In these profiles there is a short bio for each agent, a list of their current homes, their recent transactions, and an option to sell your home with them. This makes it easy for clients to find the right agent. Not only that but it gives the agents a perfect place to market themselves. Some agents even link their agent profile to their personal website, which not only boosts their success but also increases client interaction for Surterre Properties.

Virtual Tour

One of the nicest features with the Surterre Properties website is the Virtual Tour option for viewing properties. When viewing a property and the property details, there is a option to view a virtual tour of the home. This link allows Surterre Properties clients to fully experience a property in a 360 view. They can also view a slideshow of photos of the property, and even a video as well. Not only in this a great feature, but it allows clients to really explore properties before viewing an open house.

In November of 2016, we launched the official Village Properties website. We have been working with Village Properties since 2013 to get their mobile application up and running, and the last year on their website. Going along with their mission for passionate professionals, developing agents, and an unparalleled service we bring that through with the website. It’s very user friendly and allows their clients to easily and quickly find exactly what they are looking for with features like: agent matching, distinct area selection for property searches, easy map views for both properties and their offices, and information for both buyers and sellers. The Village Properties website is very visually appealing with a crisp clean feel with its large images that allows clients to easily explore the house of their dreams.

The Village Properties website allows their clients to explore through a list of their agents, where they can click on individual agents profiles. These agent profiles gives the background story for each agent, their contact information, and their recent transactions. This allows Village Properties to stick to their mission of developing their agents by allowing them to have their own space to thrive. Not only that but there is also the feature of agent matching; where clients can fill out what their specific needs are and will be matched with the perfect agent based on those requirements. This takes away all of the guesswork out of picking agents, but also allows clients to be perfectly matched based on what they are looking for.

For Buyers and Sellers

The new website also caters to both sides of the transaction with information for both buyers and sellers that allows Village Properties to excel with their unparalleled service. Clients are able to read through (whether they are a buyer or a seller) to better understand Village Properties process for each side. This allows Village Properties to connect with clients before they even meet with an agent or see a home. This creates a better connection with their clients, but shows how much they care about the process.

To better connect with their clients, Village Properties website gives directions to any of their three offices though the maps view. Clients can also view all listing on a map view too, so they can pinpoint the exact listing in the location they want. With each listing page, there is also a contact form that goes directly to the agent assigned to that property. This allows multiple ways of communication for clients to reach any aspect of Village Properties. This shows how passionate Village Properties and their agents are to assisting in their clients’ needs.

Village Properties has been in the real estate business for over 20 years now, and has shown their success through integrity and innovation. With our help we have been able to match that passion through the Village Properties new website and mobile application. Throughout these years working with them, we have grown to know their brand and helped them build as strong online presence to represent that. CMDI provides campaign management software and services for the Republican campaigns. Since members of a campaign team spend a lot of time in the field, they wanted to make their flagship campaign management platform, Crimson, accessible anywhere. They approached us about creating a mobile presence. The initial mobile application started out simple, with access to basic campaign management functions. Over the last five years, we have worked closely with CMDI to turn Crimson Mobile into a valuable part of their software offering. Campaigns can see their fundraising dashboard, manage donors, access task sheets, check events, and, most importantly, process donation through their phone. The partnership has resulted in a mobile app that serves as a perfect compliment to their desktop offering.

Key Features

Crimson Mobile now allows the user several more features than when we initially launched the application back in 2010.

One of the main changes was in the design. We updated the color scheme to allow for a better design vision and an easier way for the clients to navigate through the application.

The Result

Crimson is a constantly evolving platform and features always need to be added or removed from the mobile application. Throughout the years we have worked closely with Crimson to ensure that their mobile application is meeting the needs of their users- as their users are the basis of their company’s success.

The Surterre Properties Mobile App and Website are now streamlined, so they both have the same look and feel. This communicates Surterre Properties importance on their brand, and their brand’s integration across multiple platforms. From things like color scheme that represents their brokerage, to the ease of the navigation allows clients to switch from one to the other and not feel lost. Surterre has envisioned a mobile site that visually satisfies the client, while creating a simplistic experience that will keep people coming back for more.

Location Search and Open Houses

One of the main features in the mobile application is the open houses and nearby search options. Clients can input any search criteria they want, and can narrow down these requirements to their specific location. That way if they are searching for a property in their neighborhood it allows them to do that. The open house search  lets clients view open houses, by letting them search for specific days and cities the open houses are in. That way clients can search for open houses based on their location restrictions and schedule. Not only that but it reduces the agents need to broadcast open houses across multiple channels, as it is readily available on the mobile site.

Agent Profiles

There is also an agent roster, so clients can easily access and choose the best agent for their needs. Not only that but each agent gets their own profile where they can brand themselves to gain more clients. This is one way Surterre Properties gives their agents the tools and support they need. About Us

A small but important section on the mobile application is the About Us page. Although this may seem like a small nuance but it is very important for Surterre Properties branding and communication. This page allows new clients to understand and get a short background into the many years of Surterre Properties success. This sets the tone of the brand for some who may not know about the history of the company. This also allows Surterre Properties to gain social media followers as well, which helps keep an open communication channel between them and their clients.

This mobile application delivers the luxury and quality of their website to the mobile world by delivering top of the line features for their clients. Clean and simple designs of the mobile app contribute to that quality feel and create a straight forward navigation through the mobile app for clients. We continually work with Surterre Properties in order to develop a stronger technology partnership. It allows us to better understand their brand so we can continually incorporate that into their mobile presence.
