The Surterre Properties Mobile App and Website are now streamlined, so they both have the same look and feel. This communicates Surterre Properties importance on their brand, and their brand’s integration across multiple platforms. From things like color scheme that represents their brokerage, to the ease of the navigation allows clients to switch from one to the other and not feel lost. Surterre has envisioned a mobile site that visually satisfies the client, while creating a simplistic experience that will keep people coming back for more.

Location Search and Open Houses

One of the main features in the mobile application is the open houses and nearby search options. Clients can input any search criteria they want, and can narrow down these requirements to their specific location. That way if they are searching for a property in their neighborhood it allows them to do that. The open house search  lets clients view open houses, by letting them search for specific days and cities the open houses are in. That way clients can search for open houses based on their location restrictions and schedule. Not only that but it reduces the agents need to broadcast open houses across multiple channels, as it is readily available on the mobile site.

Agent Profiles

There is also an agent roster, so clients can easily access and choose the best agent for their needs. Not only that but each agent gets their own profile where they can brand themselves to gain more clients. This is one way Surterre Properties gives their agents the tools and support they need. About Us

A small but important section on the mobile application is the About Us page. Although this may seem like a small nuance but it is very important for Surterre Properties branding and communication. This page allows new clients to understand and get a short background into the many years of Surterre Properties success. This sets the tone of the brand for some who may not know about the history of the company. This also allows Surterre Properties to gain social media followers as well, which helps keep an open communication channel between them and their clients.

This mobile application delivers the luxury and quality of their website to the mobile world by delivering top of the line features for their clients. Clean and simple designs of the mobile app contribute to that quality feel and create a straight forward navigation through the mobile app for clients. We continually work with Surterre Properties in order to develop a stronger technology partnership. During that time, we have developed a deep understanding of Comey & Shepherd’s brand and values in order to create and evolve their mobile website to meet their needs. From the outset, they wanted their mobile web presence to provide a service to both their clients and their agents. With this in mind we have worked with them through the years to improve upon our original design, the user experience, and the effectiveness of the site. Our most recent upgrade, which added an agent roster and preferred agent functionality, facilitates enhanced communication between Comey & Shepherd’s agents and their clients. It allows Comey & Shepherd’s team to further improve the service they provide their clients.

Agent Roster

The agent roster allows better communication and access along with the preferred agent feature. Clients are able to search through the agent roster to find an agent that perfectly fits their needs. Searching for agents can either be done by name, or by office location allowing clients to choose the closest agent and office to them. Each agent also has a profile that includes their contact information, office location, an about me section, their current listings, and even a testimonials section where past clients can leave them reviews. This not only makes it easier for clients to choose the best agent for them, but it also helps the agents build up a stronger presence, portfolio, and reputation with clients.

Mapping Search

The mapping search feature allows clients to easily search a specific area for properties; whether they are interested in a specific neighborhood, or looking to get pricing difference between two locations. There is an option to search for sold homes in an area to give clients a better understanding of what homes actually sell for in their dream neighborhood. This interface works just as simply as the Google maps application where clients can zoom in to pinpoint an exact location, or zoom out to broaden their search area. When they have found a property they are interested in they can simply click on the house and view more details about the property, or view the search area results in list form.

The Result

Comey & Shepherd continues to invest in standing out from their competitors and we’re committed to helping them achieve this differentiation. Based on the fact that their mobile site garners thousands of visits a month, only means that the site will continue to evolve as the clients and brokerage change.

The Hudson Company was looking to take their online mobile to the next level with the design and the brand implemntation across multiple platforms. In addition to creating the modern design, we also wanted to shine a brighter spotlight on their broker associates, especially considering the personalized boutique nature of the brokerage and their involvement in the community. From the user perspective, you can not only see and learn about members of the team, but also contact them with a simple tap. Additionally, the mobile site was added to include tablets which only furthers the reach The Hudson Company’s mobile presence reaches for their clients, new and continuing.

Project Description

Village Properties has been one of our long term partners for the past four years. We have not only developed their online presence, but also created a strong understanding of their brand and how their company works. This understanding has allowed us to incorporate their branding and goals into their website and mobile application. We designed their app to be a seamless brand integration across all the different platforms. The Village Properties mobile application is an extension of their website that allows their clients to search for properties and agents, it also allows them to use a location search to find properties near them. This feature allows customers to use the same services provided by the Village Properties website, but easily and quickly on the go.

One of the key features that is very useful for Village Properties clients is the location search. This allows their clients to search for homes in the area around them. Not only that but if clients are interested in viewing houses today, they can also search for open houses for the day. This allows their clients to explore their options and possibilities wherever they are.

Simple Navigation

The mobile application is also very user friendly with an easily accessible menu tab and task bar. This allows Village Properties clients to easily navigate the application without getting lost. Another great feature is the last viewed list in the menu bar. This allows clients to go from page to page without losing their last viewed page or property. Not only that but clients can also switch from the mobile app to the desktop site at any time.

In tandem with the Village Properties website there is also an agent roster, and agent profiles so clients can find the perfect agent for their needs. Clients can also view all of the Village Properties office locations, easily contact them, and also get directions directly to any office.
